With 18 months experience under her belt as a property manager, Ashleigh has recently moved to Tremains from another real estate business where she achieved ‘Property Manager of the Year’ for her first year in the industry. Ashleigh moved from Hamilton to Rotorua in 2021 where she was in a management role in the food industry, giving her extensive customer service experience and 3 years in hospitality management.
Ashleigh has always wanted to get into property management as she longed for a role that was rewarding, where she could help people and bring true passion to the role. She loves property management for the relationships that are built, a skill Ashleigh prides herself on. Coupled with effective communication and time management, Ashleigh finds it easy to relate to people from all walks of life.
Experience in customer service has enabled Ashleigh to build on her skillset, and with a caring and approachable nature, it enables her to build strong relationships with tenants and landlords with ease. Naturally skilled at conflict management, Ashleigh also enjoys working as part of a team and thrives off the constant learning about legislation in the property management industry.
Ashleigh lives with her partner and her cat Foggy, and outside of work enjoys socialising with friends, spending time in nature, music and traveling out of town in weekends. Due to her previous work experience she decorate cakes as a hobby, so spends a lot of time outside of work baking and decorating cakes for customers.
